We ship all over the world. Just enjoy our service, we’ll ship your orders directly to your customers wherever they are.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our international warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. How we send orders?
We offer up to 2 kinds of shipping methods: standard shipping, and express shipping method. 27 kinds of different carriers to meet your needs. You have the flexibility to choose the one that matches your requirements.
- For Standard Rate Shipping, we ship your package using an express mail service, this generally takes 7-12 business days to almost any country in the world.
- For Express Rate Shipping, we can ship by DHL/ FEDEX depending on the destination location. it may takes 4-7 business days.
We offer shipping insurance (for a small nominal fee) to protect your package against any loss or damage during transit, however, this is completely optional. If you purchase insurance, we are responsible for the safety of the package during transit and will provide you with associated after-sale services. If no insurance has been purchased, this will be reflected in the after-sale support.
We offer low standard shipping and free express shipping on all our products with DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $95.
All our products are Print On Demand, which means that as soon as you place your order, we start producing your products. The production time varies based on complexity and popularity. The estimated production time is stated on the respective product.
